About Me
I am Megan Campbell, a CRPO Registered Psychotherapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and lifelong seeker. My journey has been one of intertwining paths: from the mat to the therapy room, from personal healing to guiding others on theirs. With over 20 years of experience in movement and mindfulness, and extensive training in psychotherapy and somatic trauma healing, I offer a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit.
My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story. Drawing from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT), Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness, I aim to create a sanctuary where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Your spirituality and beliefs are not just welcomed—they are integral to our work together.
Beyond traditional talk therapy, I offer sessions that blend somatic practices, breathwork, and movement, recognizing that healing often resides not just in words, but in the wisdom of the body. Whether you're dealing with trauma, attachment wounding, personality challenges, or seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you.
If you're ready to embark on this journey, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Let's explore how we can work together to support your path toward healing and wholeness.
