Embodied - Talk & Tune In - 75 minutes
This is a therapeutic session that blends traditional talk therapy with somatic inquiry, breath, and mindful presence. Together, we explore what’s on your mind while gently tuning into the body’s cues — helping you process emotions not just cognitively, but physically and intuitively. This session supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deeper self-connection.
