Individual Therapy - Adults 18 and older

Somatic Focused Therapy - Individuals 18 and older
This is a therapeutic session focuses on somatic inquiry, breath, and mindful presence. Together, we explore what the focus is for you then gently tuning into the body’s cues — helping you process emotions not just cognitively, but physically and intuitively. This session supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deeper self-connection.

EMDR Therapy - Individual 18 or older
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy that helps the brain process and release the impact of traumatic or distressing memories. Rather than traditional talk therapy, it uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to support healing and reduce emotional distress.
