"Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone."

ABOUT

ABOUT ME

It's likely you've found your way to this page because you know something needs to change.

Perhaps you're carrying the weight of grief, navigating difficult relationships, living with anxiety, processing the impact of trauma, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Maybe you've gained insight into your patterns but continue to find yourself repeating them. You’re no longer looking for quick fixes, you’re ready for deeper, lasting change.

Therapy can be a powerful process when you're willing to show up consistently, with curiosity and commitment.

My practice is designed for individuals who are ready to engage in that work through weekly or bi-weekly sessions, creating safety and sustainability needed for meaningful processing, healing and growth.

I’m Megan Campbell, a Registered Psychotherapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and lifelong student of movement, healing, and somatics.

With more than 20 years of experience in movement and mindfulness, alongside extensive training in somatic psychotherapy, trauma renegotiation, attachment-based therapies, EMDR, and nervous system regulation, I offer an approach that honours the inseparable connection between mind, body, and emotions.

My work is grounded in the understanding that many of our struggles are not simply cognitive, they are held in our nervous systems, our bodies, and our relationship patterns.

Together, we'll explore not only what is happening in your life, but how your past experiences, attachment history, and nervous system responses continue to shape your present.

Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, mindfulness, and body-based practices, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, nervous system health, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.

I bring a relational, grounded, and deeply attuned presence to the therapy room. I believe healing happens within safe, authentic connection and through the consistent practice of turning toward ourselves with compassion rather than judgment. This work is rarely linear or quick, but it can be transformative.

My practice is particularly well-suited for adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, grief, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and long-standing patterns that no longer serve them.

If you're seeking a therapist who will gently challenge you, support your growth, and help you create meaningful change from the inside out, we may be a good fit!

If you're ready to invest in yourself and commit to the therapeutic process, I invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Together, we can explore whether this work feels aligned with where you are and where you want to go.

Somatic Sessions

Highly collaborative and client-driven, these sessions are body-oriented therapy designed to resolve trauma and chronic stress by releasing physical tension from the nervous system. Instead of traditional talk therapy, I guide you to tune into physical sensations and allow your body to naturally process past experiences. Sessions can sometimes include supportive touch.

First step can be the hardest.
